This Privacy Policy describes how Mondosoft ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use InvoiceWatchr ("the Service").
Account data: Your email address, display name, and reply-to email address you provide when setting up your account.
Invoice data: Client names, client email addresses, invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, and notes that you enter into the Service.
Billing data: Stripe handles all payment processing. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID but never your card details.
Usage data: Activity logs of emails sent and status changes, stored to provide the activity timeline feature.
We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

SendGrid (Twilio) — email delivery. Emails you send through InvoiceWatchr (reminder emails to your clients, and transactional emails to you) are routed through SendGrid. SendGrid's privacy policy: twilio.com/legal/privacy.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We retain your account and invoice data for as long as your subscription is active. When you delete your account, all your data — including invoices, templates, and activity logs — is permanently deleted from our systems. Stripe retains billing records per their own retention policies.
You are the data controller for the client information you enter into InvoiceWatchr. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to email your clients and for complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction. We process this data on your behalf solely to deliver the reminder emails you request.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Authentication tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we cannot recover a lost token. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
InvoiceWatchr does not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Your authentication token is stored in your browser's localStorage.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@mondosoft.io, or by using the "Delete My Account" feature in Settings which immediately purges all your data.
InvoiceWatchr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
