These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InvoiceWatchr ("the Service"), operated by Mondosoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to or using InvoiceWatchr you agree to these Terms.
InvoiceWatchr is a subscription-based tool that sends automated payment reminder emails on your behalf to clients you specify. You are responsible for ensuring that sending such emails to your contacts is lawful and that you have the right to contact them.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use InvoiceWatchr. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your account is accessed via a secure bearer token delivered by email at signup. You are responsible for keeping this token confidential. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your token. You may request a new token at any time from the login page.

InvoiceWatchr is billed monthly at $4.99 via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from within your Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Each account is limited to 100 reminder emails per calendar month. If you reach this limit, your sequences will pause until the 1st of the following month when the limit resets automatically. The Service is intended for individuals and small businesses sending reminder emails for their own invoices. Automated bulk sending or reselling of the Service is not permitted.
InvoiceWatchr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails will always be delivered. Email deliverability depends on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
